We started this because we couldn't find honest spice for our own kitchens.

What looks like a routine kitchen ingredient is, for most Indian households, the most adulterated thing in the pantry. Studies say up to 70% of supermarket spice is compromised — colour, fillers, residue, microbial load. The industry knows it. The customer doesn't.

MASALYA exists to undo that. We source organically grown spice from regional best-in-class farms, ozone clean it, slow dry it, kandap grind it cold, lab test every batch, and put a QR on the pack so you can verify it yourself. There is no shortcut version of this. There never will be.
